Convenient, clean, modern and friendly staff.

Positives: The property is convenient for everything. Staff were brilliant. Special shout out to Jihn. He is the sweetest guy and helpful. Cleaning ladies were excellent. We didn't use the pool so no opinion to give. Bed was decent. Shower was good. There are a good network of buses to airport and to other areas around the Hotel. Negatives - hopefully to be constructive. The property does not have rooms with a balcony so feels a bit claustrophobic. There are no cupboards but an open hanging frame which was not to my liking. The biggest annoyance was that there is nowhere to hang your wet towels or swimming gear. There is no balcony hence this was really difficult for us. There is nothing to keep your toiletries in the shower. The bottles of shampoo and body wash are very hard to dispense. They are stiff and dispense a drop at a time. Please provide these basics for your guests. The picture on the website showing a restaurant/breakfast area is deceptive. They don't provide any food/breakfast in the Hotel. This should be made clear on expedia. Saying all this, we had an amazing time in Cala Millor. Its one of the best place to chill out.

The pool is definitely a highlight. We came very late at night but the staff welcomed us very friendly. They were very helpful with recommendations and always polite.

we booked in this hotel last minute after it turned out the airbnb we have booked for the stay was a flop, so it literally saved us! the prices were very reasonable for two nights, room only. nice and modern, clean building. great air conditioning but it would be good to provide instructions. comfy beds and pillows. pool is little but does the job. I would say better for shorter stay as the space inside is very compact. perfect location right at the beach front and all the attractions. no parking. the issues - the ac was dripping on the floor. there was not a lot of space to hang the clothes and dry the wet swimming costumes. biggest thing - there is huge glass from the shower to the bedroom with a minimal modesty panel, you can also see into the toilet compartment. So if you are not into watching your companions shower/use the toilet, then you may need to leave the room for the duration or face away the whole time. The sink is also in the room, not in the bathroom, whilst the shower cubicle is unnecessarily big (even for a claustrophobic person). could use some more shelves in the shower and the anteroom/toilet section, to leave like a hairbrush/jewellery/glasses - otherwise theres only two hooks and you are only left with floor or toilet lid as the flat surfaces to keep your stuff on. otherwise very pleasant stay

First day on the top roof where the pool is my mobile disappear when I was chiling for 10mins...i said the lady from the bar that i am going to call police from reception.when i came back my mobile was magicaly on the table...never ever in my life going there again nor to majorka at all

Nice hotel, nice room and kind staff.

Quirky bathroom, a bit cozy for a family of 3, mattresses a little firm for me personally, room was clean. Biggest disappointment for a premium hotel was the terrible quality toilet paper. Toilet paper shouldn't be scrimped on, it creates a poor impression and is false economy. Pool and sunbathing rooftop area nice. Hotel is in a good central location.

Amazing clean room and very friendly staff the hotel is in a prime location close to beach bars and restaurants room service was excellent everyday and room had everything you needed

The only problem was lack of a parking but the service was nice, clean room, quick and easy check in

Really liked my stay here the property was fantastic good location. however no balcony was annoying but thats the only thing about the room rest was lovely and the pool is lovely but very small. Overall lovely place to stay and would highly recommend I defo would stay again!

Great location near the beach but has a really nice rooftop pool with a bar and comfortable sun beds. In reach or bars, shops and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Very clean and well looked after. It was just getting ready for the busy season as we departed but more information about the hotel facilities from reception would have helped. Would recommend but it was a smallish room with little storage. We went for 5 nights and just about managed, any longer you will live out of your suitcases.

This was a newly renovated hotel, completed to a very high standard. my only observation was the lack of local information material available (we had to go to the local tourist office).

We enjoyed this basic but very confortable property! Parking is free in surrounding lots/streets (4-10 minutes of walking). Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very very nice and efficient. Highly recommended.

Nice and clean hotel in a good location. Staff are friendly, breakfast is very good and there is plenty of choice. Rooftop pool is nice and whole area very clean. Some things to consider are that the rooftop pool area is not very big so if your late going up then there will be no space left. The mattresses are on the firm side. Good to see usb sockets in the room. Could do with more shelving in the clothes hanging area. Safe was listed as being an extra charge but it was in fact free. 2 x bad points are that the rooms are sold as being sound proofed. But they are not sound proofed at all. And the tv is not smart it’s just whatever satellite Chanels it can get on the day, no Netflix or screen mirroring.
