Very spacious and excellent facilities.

A beautiful property with modern Japanese/Western style architecture. The onsen wooden bath with a view is gorgeous and feels healthy. The adjacent public baths are also lovely. Great food and thoughtful staff. Highly recommended for anyone who seeks quiet space for your soul.

Superb hotel to spend two nights. Really enjoyed the spacious room, and the private onsen in the bathroom. Guests can access the big onsens in the sister hotel (linked via internal access), but we were too happy with our own onsen to try them. Excellent value for the price we paid. We enjoyed dinner (very creative), but we felt a little rushed because they would bring the next course when we were still trying to finish eating).

The room had its own hot spring and living area, making it feel just like home—perfect for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated having access to the laundry facilities and massage chair. However, the two golden lion statues at the entrance were a bit intimidating.

Good ryokan style hotel with in room welcoming onsen type wooden bath available in addition to a public onsen. A good kaiseki dinner is included in a private dining room. A buffet style breakfast is also included though it is not as good as the dinner. Friendly, helpful staff.

Everything was perfect and amazing! We enjoyed our first night stay very much. Looking forward to our second night!

We loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly, checking you in and showing you to your room. It has a semi-ryokan style. The rooms are stylish and contemporary and each one has it's own genuine onsen bath (just like the pictures). There are many facilities to explore (including a great indoor and outdoor public onsen) and the atmosphere is beautiful. My regret is I had not given us enough time to enjoy this spot as it is not a hotel to just check into and leave, it is one to spend time in, experience and enjoy. Wish we had arrived earlier!

朝食美味しかった

食事は夜も朝もとても美味しかったです。 食事をする場所も半個室で他の人と会わずに食べれたのも静かで良かったです。 部屋風呂の温泉も良かったですが、大浴場に行くまでが遠くて迷路みたいで…。 それだけがちょっと。 大浴場の中の沢山のお風呂は良かったです。　 客室が全てフラットも初めてで良かったです。 玄関で靴を脱ぎそのまま館内、部屋を動くのも初めてで驚きました。

房間內的溫泉木製的浴桶要注意⋯⋯很滑潺潺⋯⋯好像沒有什麼清洗⋯⋯感覺不好！

泊まった部屋の隣が機械室があり深夜機械音が煩かったのが残念でした。

色々な表示が、目立たない様になってるので、迷路。サービスを覚えれば、快適。 夕食、お洒落

部屋の風呂が温泉で檜風呂でとても良かったです。温泉施設は、日帰り温泉施設と共存なので、とても混んでいました。食事は量がちょうどよく、美味しくいただきました。売店が小さく、南部鉄器や秀衡塗など、もう少しいろいろな種類のものがあるとよいと思いました。

お料理もおいしかったです。

ゆっくりとリラックスして過ごせる点が良かったです。

温泉、施設も接客もとても良かったです。また行きたいお宿です。
