Aleksandra was the most amazing host. We felt so at home. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay, and we really did. We wished we were spending more time there. The place is beautiful and not too far from the city centre.

Superb. Greeting by Aleksandra the host was amazing. So personal. And so to the hospitality and lovely and tasteful accommodation. A walk in to delightful Inverness 1-2 miles depending your destination. Such a pleasant experience to form part of our Scotland adventure

Amazing stay albeit just 18 hours. Made to feel very welcome.

We stayed for two nights October 2024., everything was absolutely perfect. Pinewood Cottage is beautiful, rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay. Our hostess was very helpful with getting us settled and called a taxi for us for dinner in Inverness. She had a wonderful breakfast selection. If you're considering Inverness, this is the place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at Pinewood Cottage! Alexandra was a fabulous hostess. She offered a warm welcome and had good advice in local pubs to try. It’s an easy walk into downtown. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet and serene. Breakfast was delicious.

Such a great place to stay. I was met by the lovely owner, who made me feel so welcome and was so friendly. She really looked after me and prepared take out coffee, fruit and croissants etc for breakfast on the first morning, as I had to set off early. The house is beautiful and my room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend!

Our host was super attentive and helpful. The room and attached toilet were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very enjoyable - quality of food, the setting etc. Highly recommend for a stay !

Very clean and modern

This was a really nice location, only about a mile from downtown Inverness. Aleks was extremely welcoming and it's probably the most pleasant place we stayed at during our trip around northern England and the Highlands. 11/10! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A most pleasant stay in a modern, clean, and comfortable environment. A twenty-minute walk to restaurants. Superlative breakfast. Personable, friendly, attentive hostess. We highly recommend this accommodation in a comfortable neighborhood.

An ideal location for both Loch Ness and Culloden battlefield tours, even for a trip up to John O’Groats. Really good continental breakfast to start the day on.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. A beautiful house like brand new with a lovely garden. Attention to detail was apparent in everything. Our host Alessandra was charming and prepared a full continental breakfast rivaling a top hotel. By far our best stopover in Scotland!

This stay was fantastic! The hosts were amazing and had wonderful recommendations for the area as well as a delicious breakfast spread. I would highly recommend staying here and will be back any time I’m in the area! 100/10 would recommend.
