To say that Kagi island resort and Spa felt likea piece of Paradise on earth is an understatement! Beautiful Landscaping with lush vegetation set in the middle of turquoise, aquamarine and sapphire waters of the Maldives, the island is a visual feast. The underwater scenery is equally stunning with the healthiest coral reefs I have encountered with tropical fish of every color and shape! Yes, the currents can be a bit strong, but that's what keeps the Reefs healthy by bringing in nutrients, removing wastes and dispersing eggs etc. If you are not a confident swimmer, I highly recommend booking a guided house reef snorkeling session. MSTS divers were so helpful, and gave my parents a truly spectacular guided house reef tour by 'Imaan' where they held on to a life buoy ring, maneuvered by him. Special thanks to Ahmed also, for the snorkeling lesson and the rest of the dive team for awesome Manta experience (where we ended up seeing more nurse sharks and stunning shoals of fish). Nurse Shark experience with Rimaz was also amazing, where we also ended up seeing Eagle rays! The Villas are truly amazing and very well equipped. We were celebrating

WOW WOW WOW! PICKLEBALL IN PARADISE. We have just spent 10 days here and all I can say is its amazing. The island is beautiful the rooms are great, the food is excellent and the staff are brilliant. When travelling to the Maldives I choose the resort to stay in based on the reef and snorkelling but this one was different as my wife asked for Kagi Maldives due to it having a pickleball court. I read some reviews on the reef and decided to give it a go. I was blown away as its way better than I expected. The reef is vast and in good condition. The sea life was among the best we have had in the Maldives, this is our 7th resort and rate among it among the best so far. Previously we have visited Amari Havodda, Lily Beach, Amari Fushi, Dusit Thani, Sun Siyam Iru Fushi, Sun Siyam World. The thing that set this island apart is the staff they really bent over backwards to make our holiday amazing. They even spent hours every night playing with us on the pickleball court and they are very good so we had so much fun playing and laughing as the sun set over the court. This didn't stop play as the court is flood lit so we could carry on until the staff had to get back to work. Then we would head to the bar for a drink before a well earned dinner. Big shout out to the Pickleball team made up of the General manager Areef, IT Manager Ahmed, Hotel services manger Nasheed the Hotel Doctor Hassan and Yoga teacher Aditi who all played with us and made our holiday spectacular

Everything was perfect. We had amazing snorkelling all around the island, seeing turtles, rays, reef sharks and a gazillion beautiful reef fish with loads of lovely coral. The resort and spa were wonderful and the staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

We had the most amazing stay. The staff is super friendly and facilities great. Had the best time snorkeling too. Any 'on top' activities like massages, day trips or diving experiences were super expensive. But we had a fab time without any extras. The food is very good although limited vegetarian/ vegan options.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of staying on this small, beautiful island and can say with confidence that it was one of the best holiday experiences of our lives. The intimacy of this tiny island was exactly what we were looking for - it felt like our own private paradise! Every inch of the island was beautifully maintained and the setting was straight out of a dream. One of the highlights was definitely the house reef. Amazing snorkeling was just a short swim from either your room or the beach! The diversity of the marine life was incredible and bountiful, including colourful fish, turtles, rays and small (and big) sharks. It felt like having our own private aquarium right on our doorstep! We even had the good fortune to witness dolphins playing and jumping from the panoramic view from the gymnasium. The food was another standout, with the buffet style breakfast providing a huge variety of food to cater for ever pallet and was very impressive considering the island’s small size. Each evening meal was also a feast for the senses, prepared to perfection and served with a smile. What truly made this trip exceptional, however, was the staff. The service was faultless and everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to get to know us and tailored everything to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Attention to detail was remarkable and it was clear they genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kagi Maldives for our honeymoon. The island is beautiful, secluded, and quiet. We stayed in an Ocean Villa on the water, the room size was great with easy access to the ocean and coral reefs. The coral reefs on the island were fantastic and so easy to get to from the room, we saw turtles, sharks, manta rays, and plenty of fish. We selected the all-inclusive package, which I'd recommend not to worry about costs each day. The buffet for dinner wasn't open when we were there, so we ate at Ke-un and Nonna each night. We loved Ke-un, and the prawns were massive and spicy, our favourite dish. We also enjoyed Nonna but preferred Ke-un for the asian food. There is a good selection at both restaurants. All the food we had good, the buffet breakast had lots of chocie and the dumplins and pastries were delicious and our favourite part. The drinks choices are extensive, most cocktails we really enjoyed, and the wine selection was great. The bar staff were great and attentive, never waited long for a drink. We arranged a chefs table dinner. Nahil, who was superb throughout, managed to arrange for this a secluded beach, which was a very special. The food was delicious and the setup beautiful. Overall, the island is beautiful with an amazing coral reef, the staff are attentive and friendly, the food and drinks are excellent with a wide selection, and it was very romantic and secluded, perfect place for our honeymoon.

Firstly, we would recommend this island to all people looking for a calm, quiet space, who care about the environment and coral reefs. This hotel, in particular, has a good sustainability ethos and refrains from watersports that could disturb the coral reef and its inhabitants. We are a couple from London and arrived for a 9-night stay on the island. We were warmly greeted by a Kagi representative as we arrived at Male airport. The gentleman kindly escorted us and facilitated our seaplane check-in. This was a very smooth process. The seaplane itself was hugely enjoyable. It was lovely seeing all the atolls from above. We then had a boat transfer from the seaplane dock to the island, where we were warmly greeted by Cindy, our representative for the island. Our stay at Kagi was nothing short of amazing. The island itself is small, quiet, and in harmony with its surroundings. The architecture was modern yet aligned with Maldivian island vibes interspersed with greenery and flowers. There were multiple restaurants to choose from, all pre-arranged by Cindy, which made our experience completely stress-free. The food choices were extensive, and the food and drinks were exquisite. The ocean pool villa was stunning. The outdoor shower and bath were a nice touch, but the steps down to the reef were the best part. We had such amazing snorkeling experiences, seeing turtles, sharks, puffer fish, and lionfish, to name a few. Kagi is apparently well-known for its reef.

Everything from accommodations to dinning, to grounds, to service, is excellent. Not a lot of activities during the day, except some yoga classes. Some excursions are available. Prices are high.

Only kagi resort at this island. U can walk the whole island in 10 minutes. There are about 3 restaurants and meals are served on schedule. Workers are friendly and helpful. Its about 50 villas here and 100+ workers so its good service.

Overall, we had an enjoyable holidays in Kagi. The level of service and resort condition was top notch. However the only let down was that the island is not as green as other islands in the Maldives. The place would look stunning with some more greenery. But otherwise highly recommended

Great property. Everything was great aside from transportation to the airport. They dropped us off on a random island with no wifi and no instructions on what to do or when the seaplane would come. Sour way to end the trip
