I recently stayed at this apartment and had a mixed experience. Check-in was a hassle, as the instructions were not clear, and we had to collect our key from a security guard at 11 PM, which felt a bit awkward. The following morning, I received a call about needing a credit card for damages, but when I went to the front desk, they said it wasn't necessary.
The real frustration began after a concert when we returned, and our key wouldn’t work—it had been deactivated! I had to go back to the desk with the security guard, and after some back-and-forth, I ended up talking to the owner to verify my booking. Despite proving my reservation, I had to wait until the next day to reactivate my key, which was quite inconvenient.
On a positive note, the apartment itself was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds and fantastic air conditioning. Just be aware that parking is an additional $40 per day, which can add up. Overall, the key issues overshadowed what could have been a great stay, but I appreciated the quality of the apartment.
