The hotel staff service is very friendly, the hotel is very clean, especially in the rooms.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at The Westin Surabaya. The food was truly delicious, with a varied and high-quality menu. Every dish was fresh and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Chef Bagus, who was so friendly and attentive. He even served us chicken satay, which was so delicious that my son even had three more! 😊 Thank you, The Westin Surabaya and Chef Bagus, we will definitely be back!

OK, if we talk about the comfort of the room and the staff service is really top notch, there are no flaws. From the beginning when I checked in and checked out the staff were also very helpful, all with smiles and polite. For breakfast, it was also delicious, I ordered room service and the staff who delivered it were very good. Next time, maybe guests should not be placed outside of Magnolia. because the food at the alternative place is not as complete as at Magnolia. But I was very disturbed by the noise from outside/the next room at 5:30 am. It turned out that the next room was a room for a wedding ceremony. So next time as a suggestion, do not place guests next to the room that is/will be holding a wedding ceremony. Because the noise caused in my opinion is a bit disturbing for people who really want to rest. Overall OK
