Amazing hotel, exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel staff were excellent and could not have done more for us. Not only is it located in the most sought-after per of the centre but also close to everything we wanted to see. We wished we were staying lo no er, but will definitely come back to the hotel soon.

Amazing location and beautiful hotel. The hotel is right in the center of the city center. We loved the fact we could walk everywhere. There are tons of restaurants and cafes around along with every designer store you can imagine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone.

IL Tornabuoni Hotel was an amazing experience.. The hotel is close to literally everything, right on top of the Burberry store,great amenities and everyone at the hotel is great. All of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and even the doormen, are all extremely professional kind polite and just very very welcoming. The entire stay was beautiful, they accommodated my requests very beautifully and just when I thought things couldnt get any better, right as I checked out and got into my taxi, not only did the doorman open the door for me to the taxi but he also opened the door for the taxi driver as well. Very very kind and these small gestures say a great deal about humanity. I will visit Florence again, and I will stay here again and again. Definitely upgrade your room, they're more spacious with beautiful windows.

The property was experiencing renovations when we stayed. However, the staff went above and beyond to ensure there was minimal disruption. The property is lovely and perfectly placed to explore Florence.
