There was no one manning the reception, only one towel for two people staying, the linen (sheets and bed cover were dirty and stained), and amenities were missing. The water absorption was poor.

Overall, I think it's okay for the price. The service is also good. I booked two rooms, one clean, one not. But I actually think you can request more.

The staff explained well how to enter the room with the pin code at the entrance.

The hotel is very close to Renon Square. But if you're looking for a truly comfortable hotel, this isn't recommended. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's fine.

It's a shame the building is poorly maintained, even though it's in the middle of the city and nice.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived before check-in time and were allowed straight to our room. The AC was cool, and the room was clean. The only downside was that the sheets and blanket had lots of yellow stains, but overall, it was okay! Thanks.

The AC is noisy. The room lacks a chair to sit on and a small table.

The bedsheet still had a lot of stains, even chewing gum stains, the toilet was leaking, the water was stagnant, even when I checked in, the water had just entered the toilet, the bottom cupboard was broken, there was only one plug, the atmosphere was very comfortable, very quiet, the staff were also friendly, elevator access was an important point.

First time staying here. Hmm, there was a lost and found, but there weren't enough items. So, I didn't take them all. It's okay because the items I needed were the ones I needed, but since I was told from HK there were only other items, it wouldn't be a problem if I didn't take the others. By the way, a non-smoking room for smokers like me requires a bit of hassle, going out of the lobby to smoke.

Who are the contractors and architects? I want to blacklist them so they don't harm other building owners. The bathroom's cleanliness is substandard, with water stains everywhere. The bathroom door has no handle inside. The washbasin table is tilted. The lighting is a bit confusing; it's either very dark or very bright. The LED ceiling lights should have separate switches. The bed is hard for me. It lacks bounce.

The staff is friendly, and extending your stay is really easy.

Overall, it's very good and highly recommended. The hotel is located in a residential area, making it very safe. There's a coffee shop in front of the hotel. The room is quite spacious, but the lights can be a bit loose, causing them to occasionally turn on and off.
