I have to add another check-in fee, the receptionist said the price at Traveloka didn't update, finally we added a fee and got the room type below, because the type I chose added quite a lot, and the problem wasn't quite there, I checked in at 21.00 and the water is not on, until the next day at 09.00, during which time I and other guests have to queue at the toilet (not the bathroom) beside the receptionist, I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms is good but this is not enough to replace my disappointment, there should be at least a service recovery during the water is dead, how come the inn until the water dies, it should be alert if there are conditions like that, tks
