We booked two rooms for family guests. The information we received the hotel was quite clean and overall there was no problem and worth the price.

For the room itself, it is comfortable, according to the expectations and pictures that are presented. But, for the receptionist, please be more polite and friendly to visiting customers, especially today's receptionist.

With a rate of under 150k in the middle of Malang, it is highly recommended, the place is in the middle of housing, the location is quiet, not too crowded. Access anywhere near, the inn is clean, the staff is also friendly. It's just not providing mineral water and toiletries for 1 person only. Bangunan baru dan nyaman sebenarnya. Tapi untuk kebersihan sangat harus diperhatikan, waktu check-in, diantar staf menuju kamar, staf masuk kamar menggunakan sepatu, Alhasil berbekas di lantai, baru saya masuk, juga banyak rambut yang belum dibersihkan. Tong sampah pun tidak dibuang dari tamu sebelumnya. saya masuk, tong sampah sudah ada isi meskipun hanya plastik dan bungkus vitamin. Jadi mohon di upgrade untuk kebersihannya. Terima kasih.
