The check-in process is difficult because the number of travellio officers is inadequate. The quality of the rooms in the Franklin Room 2019 unit is messy with the wifi cable & antenna, which is more like a boarding house than an apartment. We were billed for the damage to the rice cooker even though it was not used at all.
