The place is comfortable, only the service is lacking, waiting almost 3 hours to check in, no waiting area, slow response

It's so bad that I can't even go to the toilet when I pee. I've informed the department but there's been no response.

The facilities are all complete, it's just that the electricity often goes down / off.

Very disappointed that the floor was dirty and the dining table was dusty dirty. The room close to the toilet the AC leaked so it kept dripping. Hopefully you will pay more attention to cleanliness for the comfort of guests while staying.

Tenpat clean, only unfortunately the wi fi doesn't work but there is no response ... When checking out the clerk wanted to try and find an excuse so that the deposit didn't come back because the table had cigarette marks even though it was like checking in too gt because I was angry, I didn't dare to cut the deposit
