Very bad service. From the start they didn't explain the rules until they just asked to sign. Eh, when I checked out the sheets were stained, I was charged 150 thousand, the hotel price was only 200 thousand in cash, almost half of me regretted staying here. The rules are deliberately written in English so that people don't understand. If it was done on purpose, it's okay, this stain was just not done on purpose. Even if a 5 star hotel is going to be tarnished, it never pays like that.
