Not a good hotel… not hot water, tv not working, first room was “smelly” and safe box was locked. On top of all that elevator was broken . Staff was helpful and accommodated me on the first floor… Overall this hotel is over rated

Amazing

This is where I would stay if I go back to Mexico City. The hotel is spectacular, comfortable, in a very nice area, close to everything and the staff is as friendly as you can find.

Great spot in the city in a lovely part of town. Helpful reception team. Not sure if they have a turn down service here but nobody came on our second day (which is fine) but then the next day someone burst into the room at 8:30am which wasn't great.

The staff was very friendly. Many restaurants within walking distance and very safe

beautiful area, great balcony. poor breakfast, very poor, free bottle of wine never came, towels are as hard as can be, no coffee pods only 2 FAKE ones on day 1, no water bottles (EXTRA PAY), you get 2 on day 1, no garbage removal until you ask for it, don't empty the trash cans......lots more. we travel to Mexico City at least twice a year, NEVER AGAIN to this place.

The hotel staff was not nice or helpful. Did not leave toilet paper overnight and front desk did not have any to give us in the room. They asked us to star without toilet paper and wait for the next day. Absurd!!!!
