Great option for the convention centre, being less than 5 mins walk away. Some nice eateries and a CVS also very conveniently close by.
Had a corner room which was very comfortable, spacious, modern and surprisingly quiet. The floor to ceiling windows made it lovely and bright. Housekeeping was excellent as were any of the team I spoke with the reception desk.
A colleague I was traveling with did try the breakfast and said they didn't feel it was worth the price however with decent options close by I'd recommend trying outside the hotel anyway (great bagels next door).
A slight note of caution - Ciel on the penthouse level is a bar who are a separate business to the hotel but you have to enter via the hotel lobby and who use the hotel elevators to get up and down. It's great that it's popular however it did cause noise issues for travel companions on higher levels due to music/balcony noise. My own room was on the third floor and I also got some noise from party goers leaving via the hotel lobby and staying outside the hotel doors talking, shouting, etc as you do when leaving a bar.
I'd stay again if I needed to visit town for a convention but would try for a room on a floor 5 through 8.
