Perfect location, the building needs an update

The location of the property it’s great, the property itself it’s not worth it that amount of money, we spent 6 nights and they didn’t clean the room ones, we have to ask for clean towels, they don’t have closets. The bathroom doesn’t have cabinets. They don’t have restaurant neither. The client has to go 2 blocks away to have breakfast, etc, etc.

Front desk staff were lovely!! Property is older but clean and tidy. Kitchen was adequately eqipped however we could not find pods in the grocery store fit the Delta coffee maker. Excellent location walkable to all the touristy spots and located in the theatre district. We enjoyed out stay.

The location is great. The room is much smaller than it appears with no night stands, a small table pushed in the inly tight spacw they could fit it. The condition is terrible the shower head is broken so you have to hold it to shower. The floor boards are all damaged and moving throughout the halls and worse in the room. The walls were dirty and the overall condition was damaged. The room was clean but so much disrepair it feels dirty.

This was almost false advertising. The only good things that can be said about this place is that the room was clean, and it is located in a busy downtown area with lots in walking distance. But the hotel itself is basically a "dive"-- windowless, dingy, elevators that stop a foot above the floor, no cleaning of the room each day, and the vaunted city view breakfast is two city blocks away in a totally different building.

It is what you pay for

The property looks improvised and under construction. I wanted to change dates and they did not extended the courtesy after several appeals by Expedia. They are thieves and are only interested in getting your money. DO NOT BOOK HERE! There are pleanty of cleaner more honest, more proper hotels arround.

Great central location. Room was quite small but nice large terrace. Only fault was a lack of cleaning products for the kitchenette.

Great location and great staff

This is by far the worst hotel/apartment I’ve ever stayed in, not only in Gran Vía, but possibly in all of Madrid. The location may seem appealing, but as soon as you walk into the apartment, all you want to do is leave. The sheets were filthy, the place smelled awful, and every time the toilet was flushed, a terrible sewage smell filled the bathroom. The floors were literally broken with holes, unsafe! the walls were stained, the kitchen was dirty, and the entire apartment felt completely neglected and unhygienic. We were supposed to stay longer, but we had to leave after just one night, even knowing we wouldn’t get a refund. It simply wasn’t worth it; the place was disgusting. I would absolutely not recommend this property to anyone under any circumstances

Very decent accommodation for the price. Nice location, close to everything.

Excelente localización, restaurantes, monumentos históricos, transportación y mucho más.

Toillet was broken and I was told that next morning We were going to be transfered to another room wich never happened, I waisted my time picking up our luggages then we have to put all my stuff back.

Basic stay for 2 nights. Reasonably clean but lots of noise coming from other apartments. The bathroom was very tired and hardly any room. Really hard to find (It’s next to the Atleti shop) with zero signage and it’s a bit intimidating walking in. Did the job for 2 nights but I wouldn’t recommend for a single person.

Good location

The place was okay, I got a small apartment with all I needed for a short stay (kitchenette, small closet). The staff was okay, the young fellow who checked me in was very nice and I was able to leave my luggage at the reception.
