Overall good but inconvenient is parking

The hotel is located right in the center, about 5 minutes walk to the market. What I like is that the room is quite airy & clean, spacious, modern design.

The hotel is very close to the market, convenient for travel, the rooms are ok, the receptionist is very enthusiastic.

The hotel is right next to Da Lat market but not noisy, looks very new and fully equipped, the receptionists are cute, in general, 10 points, will come back ☺️

The hotel is small but cozy, the soundproofing is a bit weak but the room density is not dense so it's okay. The room has a little bit of light so it's a bit dark, both the room and the bathroom. Hot water is good, always available. The staff is quite quick and enthusiastic. When I stayed, I forgot something in the room, the staff handled it quite quickly and well. The basic room is fully equipped with necessary amenities and equipment. There is also a fan, which is quite okay because Da Lat is a bit hot now. The hotel doesn't have a parking space because it's located in the city, but the hotel still arranges a parking space. Although it's a bit far away, it's acceptable.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I found the hotel very friendly and comfortable.

Basically, the staff is quite good, the attitude is quite good. The location is quite ok, but with the price range, you can experience a few other places. If you are not too picky about accommodation, it is also a reasonable choice.

Amenities in the bathroom except toothpaste and toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel. In the room no tea, coffee except mineral water.!

I booked 2 rooms, both of which were in the basement, so it was very confusing. If I had known in advance that my room was in the basement, I would not have chosen this room type. The hotel should note in advance which floor the room is on so that customers can avoid it if they do not want to book.
