The rooms are new and clean, the location is near the central Da Lat market so it's convenient for getting around, but the staff aren't very friendly.

For this price, the room is right in the city center, which is great. My friend and I booked the room and praised it so much!

The staff were friendly, the hotel was close to the market and near the Vinaphone Tower check-in point, the rooms were very luxurious and clean, and it was completely worth the price. I will definitely return again soon.

The hotel is okay, close to Da Lat market so it's quite convenient for getting around. However, the rooms aren't very soundproof, and the bathroom occasionally smells bad, seemingly due to sewage discharge.

I booked a room at this hotel because I was on a trip to Da Lat. It's very close to Da Lat Market, just a 5-minute walk away. The room was clean and airy. When we arrived, it wasn't check-in time yet, but the female staff member helped us get our room early. The hotel staff were very lovely and helpful. I will definitely come back.

I booked a 3-night, 2-day stay at Pontus in early March. Everything was great, except for a few minor points I'd like to suggest: the Wi-Fi quality. I'm not sure if there was a problem or malfunction, but the Wi-Fi was intermittent throughout my stay. Otherwise, everything was excellent: the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. Pontus will definitely be my preferred hotel choice when I visit Da Lat again.

Everything will be fine with the 2026 Lunar New Year holiday with my family.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful, assisting guests with any issues they needed. The location is right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a TV so you can watch horror movies with your friends, haha. However, the hotel sign was obscured by a construction site this time, making it a bit difficult to find at first. The large sign above wasn't lit, so I didn't notice it when I first walked past. But once you visit, you'll remember it, hehe. Next time I go to Da Lat, I'll definitely stay at Pontus again 🫶🏻

I've stayed here 4-5 times already, and each time I've stayed in Pontus because it's close to the city center, easy to get around, the rooms are comfortable, basic, well-equipped, and there are no ghosts :))))

Great stay overall! Everything was nice and well taken care of. No air conditioning was needed since the weather was already cool, which was actually really pleasant. That said, it would be even more comfortable if a heater was available in the room, especially at night. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is convenient, and the staff are friendly and always helpful. The rooms are clean, nice, and well-equipped. However, the soundproofing is poor, especially in the rooms next to the atrium; late at night, you can still hear a lot of noise from other rooms echoing through the atrium.

The positives are the hotel's location near the city center, close to markets and streets like Nguyen Chi Thanh and Anh Sang, with restaurants just a short walk away. The negatives are the poor soundproofing; you can hear everything being said inside the room, and there's even an echo. Additionally, there were cockroaches in the toilet, the room furnishings were old, and the light fixtures had exposed wires.

Located near the market, the staff are friendly and very helpful with any issues. The prices are reasonable, worth trying, and I will visit again next time. However, the soundproofing is a bit poor, and the refrigerator is a little noisy at night.
