We stayed for 4 nights..a little problem because we didn't receive an email with the room code even though we had already arrived in Japan...but everything was resolved quickly. The room was quite clean, complete with a washing machine, refrigerator, water kettle, the only thing that couldn't be used was the microwave. Close to Lawson and Seven Eleven and 700 meters from Shin Osaka Station..the atmosphere is quiet, comfortable too...

Location near many train stations, convenient to travel. Clean room, fully equipped. The view and light in the room are great.

The small room is just barely enough for 4 people, no one comes regularly to clean. We ordered a room for 4 people, only 2 towels were prepared. We asked for 2 more and were told to pay 500 yen/towel. Checking in was no problem 2 days before I emailed it. The advantage of this place is that it is quite close to the big Osaka station, Shin Osaka Station, and near Family Mart, Lawson, 7 Eleven, there is a washing machine.

After waiting for almost an hour and a half, the hotel informed me that the check-in method had been sent by email. along with attaching a new check-in method I don't know who's email is having problems. But the conclusion is that I got in after almost 2 hours. If anyone comes here, it is recommended that before checking in for about half an hour, there is still no detailed email from the hotel.
