wonderful.

Friendly and patient staff, breakfast was excellent each day. Rooms were small but comfortable and still good for the price. The mattresses were very firm but not completely uncomfortable. The toilet was very small if you are a larger person. But I would absolutely stay here again.

Cheap. Free breakfast. But the mattresses are really really hard.

It did exactly what I needed

Very pleasant place. Just 30 minutes from Ikebukuro line, this place very perfect for vacation.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff (We speak basic Japanese and sometimes had to use Google translate with staff). The free daily buffet breakfast was delicious and filling every morning. Clean rooms. Excellent locations from Shiki station. Let’s of places to eat in the area. Love the hotel. Rooms are clean and have the basic amenities. Recommends travelers just bring small carry on suitcases. We one one small carry on and one large suitcase. Will definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately most of the foods for breakfast had pork in that and if you dont eat pork, your choice of breakfast is very limited. The rest of the thing was ok.

Modern clean and new. Delicious free breakfast buffet daily. Coin laundry on site. Walking distance to train station. Will definitely stay here again when in Shiki!

This hotel is in the “business hotel” category, so the room is tiny but highly inexpensive. I was pleasantly surprised by how cleverly things are designed inside the room, which makes the small space very usable. The building is still 2 years old, and it is pretty clean.

The check-in and check-out were automated and fast and the room was comfortable, modern, and clean. The complimentary hot breakfast had extensive offerings. The front desk staff were helpful and kind when we were checking our luggage for a day of wandering around. The location next to the station is central and has a lot of shopping and dining options.

Chose the hotel because it had parking and I had a lot of things, and the day would be pouring down rain. Upon arrival was told that the parking lot on site was full ( there are roughly 15 parking spaces.. the hotel has 13 floors of guest rooms with about 10 rooms per floor) .. the staff member was unhelpful. If you don’t actually have parking for people don’t claim it. It’s just a Toyoko Inn so I didn’t have high expectations for the room but the bed was literally the hardest bed I’d ever slept on. No give at all. The area is fine , the hotel is clean.

Very clean and convenient to shopping, transportation. Breakfast was fresh and had a variety of western and Japanese food that was delicious.

The cleanliness of the hotel is amazing as is the friendliness of the staff.

静かでよかったです。ただし、コロナで朝ごはんがお弁当になっていますが、メニューが勝手に決まって配られるのは微妙ですね。ベジタリアンフレンドリーではないです。

駅から近く、部屋も綺麗でした。朝食も無料で美味しくスタッフの対応も良かったです。オレンジジュースも美味しかったです。ディスポの箸やスプーン等準備してあったのでとても良かったです。セキュリティーもしっかりしており安心して宿泊できました。
