This is an exceptional place and would say it brought me some good memories. Organic locally sourced breakfast is indeed something it’s hard to find and this place has it all. Marmalade recipes should be protected. Very comfortable stay in quiet suburbs of Rotterdam with beautiful pond on the other side of the road. Only be mindful of check in restrictions. Owners accommodated my last minute request but Hotels.com/expedia should do a better job to communicate constraints regarding the rules of the house.

This place was lovely. Very comfortable. There was a nice park across the street and walking distance to several grocery stores. An amazing breakfast and they offer you to take with you for lunch. Great customer service. Close to Rotterdam.

Wonderful communication before and during the stay. Beautiful historical building renovated tastefully and comfortably. Fantastic friendly service from the team and in particular Mika. Helped with early check in, parking and special requests. Breakfast was delicious, home made jams and local produce. Truly a wonderful experience, we would love to stay again. Thanks

What a nice surprise. We loved Polderhuis !!! My room was 2nd floor and our friends were 1st floor. I must say, the Morning breakfast was over the top wonderful. Fresh and tasty!!! The staff was VERY helpful. I would for sure recommend staying here. The park across the street is beautiful.

Great find. Awesome location, very quite with easy access to everything. Owners were brilliant the service was fantastic. There is limited parking onsite, but parked opposite on the road with no issues. Would recommend and will stay again when in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Polderhuis Bed & Breakfast. All the staff were gracious, friendly, and accommodating. Checking in and out was quick and straightforward. The property and room were very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The included breakfast was amazing, fresh, delicious, and locally sourced. A wonderful place. Very welcoming in a lovely setting opposite a park. Very clean and of a high standard. Breakfast consisted of a good selection of continental style items. Would stay again.

A brief return to the town we lived in for 7 years in the '90s to see old friends was enhanced hugely by finding the old Polderhuis as a top class bed and breakfast accommodation. Care has been given to all aspects and small details included to make it a very special stay. The people we dealt with were great; friendly, helpful and informative. Beware anyone staying there with any kind of difficulty with stairs as, in the common Dutch style, they are steep with very narrow steps. Simple problem to overcome, ask for a ground floor room. Highly recommend a stay there and make sure you plan a light lunch as the breakfast is absolutely fantastic in content and quality.

Could not have been happier. Everything was clean. The staff was attentive and helpful. Their recommendations were top notch. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. On top of everything we were so surprised to find our room had a balcony! Small details, too, were great down to having real teacups for the in room coffee/tea, and homemade jams for breakfast. Strongly recommend.

A perfect B&B experience. Great location, quiet, historic inn that has been recently and tastefully renovated. Great hostess who is one of the owners. Wonderful breakfast. All of the amenities you could ask for including a comfortable bed and very good shower. Inn has meeting room for 10 upstairs. Close to a Golf Course. Even the weather was great!

Awesome b&b, really freindly staff, and modern up to date facilities. Regarding my bedroom, if i walked into a 5* hotel and saw it, i would not be disappointed! Really comfortable memory foam mattress, large TV, coffee machine, free water and lovely view of the park opposite. En suit was great too, a waterfall shower, and plenty of room, with lovely tiles on the floor too. Very clean throughout. Breakfast is continental as all EU are, but it was brought out fresh for me.

Uns hat das Frühstück supergut gefallen. Das Haus von 1906 hat ganz viel Charme und wurde mit viele Liebe und Geschmack renoviert. Ganz tolle Inhaber / Betreiber.

We had a wonderful stay in the Polderhuis B&B. From the moment we arrived, Mieke made us feel incredible welcome. She was very friendly and full of great local recommendations, whether we were looking for bicycle routes, places to eat, or how to travel with the Local Metro…😅 Our room was beautiful and spotless clean with Air conditioner and big windows. Also coffee, tea and water was always available without cost. Breakfast was an absolute highlight each morning, with delicious local and homemade foods and the staff ensured, that everything was to our satisfaction. Mieke went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and she even brought us samples of traditionell dutch Food to try- a thoughtful personal touch that made our stay truly Special. Everything exceeded our expectations and our next Trip to the area will be for sure in the Polderhuis B&B.
