The hotel location is a bit far from the sea; however, you can still see the sea if you stay on a high floor The service is not very good, quite bad The hotel refuses to issue VAT invoices to guests & traveloka also does not issue

Spacious room, free upgrade to a sea view room. Friendly and enthusiastic staff, good location. Breakfast is limited, vegetables are not fresh. The floor is dirty with a lot of sand because it has not been cleaned properly, there are dead insects in the corner of the room, probably because the room has not been swept.

The location is relatively convenient, the hotel is new, the rooms are spacious and clean, however, there are not many restaurants in the hotel area, to get to the center to eat and have fun you have to travel by car. The biggest minus point is that it is crowded, super crowded, I went to the swimming pool but it was too crowded with children, and another minus point is that the city view is very boring.

Beautiful hotel, convenient parking. Convenient location, delicious breakfast buffet, diverse dishes. The room is very very very beautiful. The view towards the sea is extremely chill. The room is clean. The hotel gives a very delicious and complete afternoon tea set. In general, everything is very ok. Next time I go to Ha Long, I will choose Delasea. 10 points is not enough🫶🫶🫶

I think the facilities are ok and clean. The rooms are designed quite minimalist and neat, with enough amenities, swimming pool, gym. The breakfast buffet is constantly heated and easy to eat. The price is cheaper than the average 4-5 star hotel. The swimming pool opens later, which is better.
