Breakfast was good. I asked for cleaning one day out of the six days we were there. The beds were made and the towels were refreshed. Nothing else was done. Maybe that is the service you provide. Overall, it was pretty good. Thanks.

Nice. Housekeeping came into our room around 10 am knocked once then walked in. We were running a little late 11:02-05 housekeeping was banging on the door hard.

The staff did their jobs but both females at the front desk has this pouty, snotty look/attitude. They performed their functions but with a holier than thou attitude....not ideal. Rooms were outstanding (I text a few things that could be better the first day to Lloyd) EXCEPT for the shampoo in the shower IT IS AWFUL and makes your hair feel like straw. For the price a simple upgrade there would have given all 5 stars except for front desk.

The hotel was clean and fairly quiet. Like most Hampton's, the breakfast was decent and filled us up. There was a long hair on the bathroom counter when we got to our room.

My stay was good just had one thing I wanted to communicate about I got to my room and the heater or ac wasn’t coming on we called down 3-4 times to get someone to come up and fix it but nobody ever came up so room was really cold all night . Other than that room was great.

Worst hotel experience 1. the heat system stopped working 3 times during my stay and I had to wake up trembling in the middle of the night. 2. unresponsive staff 3. pay attention to additional charge of 20$ parking fee that you learn in the checkin

We arrived 30 minutes early to check in, guest services had us wait so the front desk could get a hold of housekeeping to see if a room was available. Then when we get to the room, we realize the toilet does not flush. It took 2 calls to the front desk for maintenance to arrive 1 hour later. My son and husband needed to ise the restroom and couldnt. We left for dinner and when we came back the toilet still wouldn't flush. We had to move rooms because of the toilet. Im grateful we were able to switched rooms but it was an inconvenience because all we wanted to do was relax after a long day. The maintenance should be better on the rooms and the staff should be more attentive.

Overall cleanliness of the hotel and plenty of restaurants nearby. The only thing I was disappointed in was I've originally booked a room with a king bed but we were given a room with 2 queen beds. Which meant my husband and I slept separately so we can be more comfortable as my husband is larger built. Front desk said the king bedrooms had plumbing issues but who knows.

Edna, Lulu, Jairo, Gaby and James were all excellent.They were very accommodating and knew how to treat the guests properly. Overall, this was an amazing hotel with a lot of cool commodities.
