Nice place to stay if you have kids.

Very professional and friendly staff. Super clean. Animators are amazing, kids had a lot of fun there.

The hotel was well kept the staff was very helpful and very nice especially the dining staff at night I will recommend my friends.

This Riu was excellent, from the minute you enter it was 5 star service. Best All Inclusive stay. super clean and super nice and friendly hosts and workers. Top notch services. Lots of construction but that didn’t bother us.. barely heard any noise.

Riu Dubai had many amenities for any time of the day, for all ages along with such excellent staff. Bepeen being my personal favourite at Oasis bar, incredibly friendly person. I also noticed the attention to detail for accessibility on the beach for people in wheel chairs or babies in strollers as they have these Matt’s laid out for you and makes the beach accessible for all.

This all-inclusive resort was incredible! Food, drinks, service, beach, pools, and rooms were all top notch. Contrary to what some people have said, drinks are NOT watered down and will pack a nice punch. Aside from their typical drinks, I highly recommend you try the drink of the day. In terms of food offerings, they have 4 restaurants (all buffets), a sports bar (beef and chicken burgers, hot dogs, all the fixings, fruits, desserts, and a soda machine), and a snack bar. We mostly at ate the main buffet as it offered many different things each day. They have 3 speciality restaurants: Italian, Lebanese, and Asian. We loved the Lebanese and Asian restaurants. Unfortunately, we missed our reservation to the Italian restaurant due to an unforseen circumstance but hope to try it the next time we visit. It is a pretty property. Every night my bathroom flooded and they would just have housekeeping come clean it instead of fix the problem. On my last night there I wound up missing my reservation because it flooded into the bedroom area. The beds were very uncomfortable. Easy to get lounge chairs. The pools were nice. A nice family resort. Did not care for the mixed drinks.

Fantastic stay at hotel Rui. Restaurants are all buffet, and the surrounding area is still under development. That aside, no complaints and a great stay. Staff all wonderful. 4/5.

I DID LIKE THE QUAILITY OF THE FOOD. I FELT THE LIQUOR WAS WATERED DOWN.

I recently stayed at this resort and had a good experience overall! The amenities were good, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was good for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were good. The pools and dining options were good. However, one thing I think could be improved is the smoking situation. It was a bit challenging to avoid smoke in certain areas, and it would be really nice to have just one designated area where smoking is allowed. That would make the experience even better for non-smokers who want to enjoy the fresh air without having to worry about encountering smoke. Otherwise, everything else was good.

I love that the staff were helpful and friendly! They made me feel at home during my first visit to the country!
