The staff didn't smile or anything, said they cleaned my room, when I went out, they swept it and found hair and trash, they didn't change the bed sheets even though I stayed for 5 days and they never cleaned them but changed my sheets, in general, the hygiene wasn't very clean, the bed sheets had blood from the previous person, mascara from the previous person, the table was stained when I checked in, meaning it wasn't cleaned properly. The free water had moss growing in the bottle and at the mouth. But the good thing is, I only saw the owner once, she smiled happily and cutely, maybe because she was busy with her small child. I think the hotel needs to discipline the staff, their attitude and way of working. Maybe she's too busy, but discipline the staff because they don't work attentively and don't put their all into it, so check everything before letting guests check in.
