For those of you vacationing in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, this is a highly recommended place to stay. It's close to eateries and a supermarket. There's also a night market right in front of the accommodation every night, and it's very close to the airport.

Very large comfortable room. Only close to the airport, a bit noisy if there is a ship. But there are many places to eat below, street food is open every day. Overall satisfied

Good accommodations, all facilities function and enjoyable

So far everything [is] good and fantastic. The room is nice, all the amenities [are] useful, the bed itself [is] comfy. Many facilities around it that help me more than I imagine. The staff [are] really helpful.

The house is clean. It is also well designed. TV comes with Netflix. It is also exciting to be able to view the planes taking off at the airport nearby. Sound proof is OK. At least we are not interrupted by the sound of the plane taking off. The corridor is also air-conditioned. We can hear the noise from the corridor, but it is not a big issue as not many people stay in during the day we stayed in. Complete and easy instructions on check in and other useful info. I will consider this place again if I'm going to KK again.

Great place easy access to restaurants, night weekend market and convenient store. Homestay was clean and the utilities provided too. To those have early flight to catch this is great place to stay.

I had problem with this room, previously the room was OK when I rent it. I got allergic reaction after stayed in this room. My body got redness, I think the problem was from bed sheet and the sofa, got bed bug everywhere.

Nice and clean room. Bed are comfortable to sleep, we enjoy our short stay here there is many restaurant just downstairs, at night got night market too so no worries about have to go far to find something to eat. Will consider to come again in the future 😊.
