A wonderful place to unwind, take long walks on the beach, and do some snorkeling.

The service was excellent and excellent. The location is a bit far from the city center, but we had a private beach. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean.

We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The food, both the buffet breakfast and the à la carte restaurant, was delicious and satisfying. My son really enjoyed playing on the private beach resort. Thank you so much for the birthday treat, which made our vacation even more memorable. We definitely want to come back again 🥰✨

The staff’s friendliness was truly superb! They asked my kids what they wanted for breakfast and went out of their way to make it special just for them. Every time our room was cleaned, they left a heartfelt note expressing their gratitude, which made the experience feel very personal. Thank you, Sheraton!

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The best point is private beach. When I tried to swim sea at the morning, nobody is there. I felt so nice and reflesh.

Everything is good, but for 5-star service it is still very far away, such as service for families with babies, and for a beach front hotel that only provides 1 daybed or cabana for a beach as big as a Sheraton.

It's perfect for me, the lazy team, I can relax all day on the beach. It feels like having a private hotel and beach.

A stunningly beautiful hotel with top-notch service. The surrounding property maintains a natural feel, creating a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. Just steps from the beach, capturing the sunset is easy, and dinner is a welcome addition if desired. The breakfast menu is also excellent, although the variety of dishes offered at one time is limited.

Masya Allah.. an extraordinary experience.. one day I will return to Sheraton Belitung.. the beach is clean.. white.. blue sea.. the hotel interior is attractive.. a combination of modern and classic styles with natural materials... makes the eyes more comfortable.. only suggestion is to improve the quality of the food and adapt it to the local tongue.. I stayed for 2 nights but the taste was flat
