Outstanding! Only issue was the hot tub didn’t have jets but very small considering! Excellent hotel!!!

Beautiful place to stay The room was very nice We didnt get room service for three days. Had to get are own towels at the desk? I booked this room months ago and asked for a river view but we had the opposite. A view of the parking lot? Overall it’s a very nice place to stay

The food in this area is horrendous! Hotel breakfast was cold (just out of the refrigerator cold) strawberries for the waffles were frozen.

The room advertised had carpet on the floor. The room I was given had vinyl plank flooring and it was filthy. (See the picture) A cleaner or sanitizer they used was unpleasant to the nose. It caused my wife to sneeze repeatedly multiple times. It is still affecting her CPAP machine to the point that she can’t even use it yet because of the lingering smell. It is now 6 days later and still unusable. Mine is not as bad but still smells off from the spray. Her almost new pillow reaks of that smell. Our bagged up dirty clothes smell of it still. It was if the maid came back the second night and sprayed the whole room again after us complaining about it after the first night!

Loved the view of the river from the dining area. Loved the grassy area by the river allowing for swimming and relaxing.

This hotel is amazing and worth the drive if you're traveling and staying in Yellowstone. We traveled north from the Grand Tetons through Yellowstone and stayed here on our 2nd night. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

I enjoyed the property. It was on a beautiful river. The only downside is they make you pay $20 a day for parking which I was not expecting.

Great stay outside of main stream Yellowstone. Convenient and clean, great atmosphere and breakfast.

We have undeveloped property in Island Park that we usually pull a trailer and stay on. For Mothers Day this year I wanted to go and not bring the trailer and instead just pull the RZR. We stayed in this beautiful hotel we have admired from afar for years! It’s everything we dreamed it would be and more! Even though there was a grease fire in the kitchen one night that set off the fire alarms throughout the building the staff was wonderful! Huge hot tub, beautiful area. Very clean rooms. Worth the money.

It seem to be very short staffed. Guest were always waiting at the front desk and asking people in the restaurant if they could get some help. Each day at breakfast they were always out of items. The staff said there order hadn’t arrived. Food is always cold even in the warmers. The worst part is they charge for parking but it was never disclosed properly on websites. I don’t mind paying for parking, just include it in your room rate. Don’t surprise guests when they check in.
