It was a great stay, but there were a few issues. The property does not have queen-sized beds despite the posting stating that they do. The room smelled very musty like an old wet towel, but it had a fan and we opened the windows. And the pillows were very tall, which made sleep a bit difficult for us. Otherwise the staff was exceptionally nice, the area is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and they’re basically like apartments rather than hotel rooms. Would stay again.

No Ac and beds were not queen as advertised We ended up leaving 1 day into our 4 day booking. We asked for refund and they refused I highly recommend you look at other options around the area as we did

The place was very clean, modern furniture, the staff was great and very friendly, and the coffee shop downstairs had plenty of great food to choose from, and delicious coffee. Keep in mind, this is not a hotel, you'll be getting an small studio for a few days, so cleaning service is upon request for an added charge. Would definitely recommend it, especially in that neighborhood, very nice area with a lot of walkable places nearby.

Great property with friendly and communicative staff! The rooftop was a highlight, but the cleaning could be improved—trash outside our room wasn’t removed for two days, and the shower didn’t work properly. It would’ve been a nice touch to have coffee and water available downstairs. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, I’d stay here again.

The apartments are modern, with all amenities described, just will recommend to offer higher internet speed service. They accommodate all my needs, before and during my stay. I highly recommend this property to all world travelers. Their staff is super friendly!

We had an issue with the internet but the girl from the reception helped us and resolved the issue.

The bathroom had a cigarette smell, seems the person next door smoke in his room, and somehow the air lines were connected, getting my bathroom all time with smoke smell. I said that few times to the front desk but didn't get a solution. My stayed was for 11 days. Enough time to find a solution, they didn't tried unfortunately.

Very nice and clean easy to move around.

We were there for 8-10days. We lived the kitchen options. We needed to check in a bit early and the lady at the counter charged 600MXN$. We are glad they could accommodate us. I just wish the accommodation fee was a little less.

Nice place , no access to WiFi . Also no Aircondition , that was my fault as I assumed that had Airconditioning fan was available. Hard to communicate with staff as is via email . Received response after 2 days and had check out.

Property is clean and safe. My schedule was hectic, but I felt comfortable at all times, coming in and out of the building. The property is clean, the room was a tad dark away from the window, but very livable. I will go back.

They were extremely accommodating and the property was beautiful and cozy! Close to everything and security was on point the whole time!

Todo excelente, habitación muy amplia. Rente el departamento ejecutivo, limpio, las camaristas increíbles y buen trato. Te dan botella de agua y la zona super segura

La limpieza

Buena ubicación, y supongo que al inicio eran bonitas las instalaciones, ahora todo se ve gastado y con falta de mantenimiento, los colchones son viejos e incómodos y les hace falta poner atención a la limpieza.
