Nice room, enthusiastic staff. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the hot water heater. I wanted to soak in the bathtub but after a little while the hot water cooled down and turned cold.

The hotel is designed in a beautiful European style, the staff is extremely friendly and lovely, the only minus points are the faucet is a bit inconvenient when adjusting hot and cold water and the soundproofing is not very good.

Booked to stay for 3 days and 2 nights but liked it so much that I had to book another night. The hotel staff and owner are all very dedicated and wonderful. Almost every time my relatives come to Da Nang, they book here. In short, the hotel is really ok.

10 points for the receptionist, security guard and kitchen lady. The hotel room was clean. The soundproofing was a bit poor, I could clearly hear the sound of the water running upstairs. The swimming pool was clean but no one was swimming. Enthusiastic support for early check-in.
