Everything was extraordinary

The person who checked us in was by far the rudest and most unprofessional individual I encountered during my entire month-long trip in Italy. Yes, I am Canadian and my Italian is limited, but to flat-out refuse to speak English and insist on making the process more difficult for us was unnecessary and unwelcoming. First impressions matter, and this set a very negative tone for our stay. This individual work ethics should be reviewed immediately.

Excellent breakfast, good coffee, nice servers, quick check in

Modern design hotel with brilliant breakfast. A short distance to high street. The shower has three outlets is supposed to be relaxing, however the water sips between the shower doors making the floor all wet. The air conditioning is not good.

The main reason we booked this hotel, was to use the Spa. When we arrived, to our surprise, they were totally booked. Mostly with local residents hotel guests are only fillers.

The first thing to mention was the price, exceptionally low, we checked in very late,11:45pm so no time to explore, but the room was good and the breakfast the following morning was typical of Italy. We would stay again should the opportunity arise and the price point was as good!

Booked the very basic room so had no perks. No use of the facilities so just the room and breakfast. Excellent breakfast, super fast service with a smile. Will go back but need to book a better room if I want a coffee maker. Some renovation noises and thin walls between rooms so heard neighbour talking. Good shops nearby.

Lovely friendly welcome, but having booked specifically as we were on a long motorcycle trip and this place had a steam room, we were disappointed to find you had to book and it was full. The bedroom was nice, but the pillows are like pancakes and although we had two each, we could have done with more. There is only one elevator so be prepared to wait. If you need anything, you have to go looking for a member of staff as there isn't always someone on reception. Nice enough place, just not as good as I was expecting from the advert for the place.

We arrived early and dropped off our luggage. When we returned, the bags were already in our room. Pleasant room. Good breakfast.

Excellent hotel, clean, modern, spacious rooms, 3 mins walk from busy city centre with shops, bars and places to eat. Easy to find the hotel and there are public car parks nearby or street parking. Staff are friendly, breakfast good with lots of choices. The spa facilities are not included in the price.
