The room feels cozy, there's a pool and a chill hangout spot on the rooftop, and overall the place is pretty clean.

The rooms here are beautiful and exactly as advertised. The interior is clean and well maintained, making you feel relaxed from the first step you enter. The food provided by the accommodation is delicious, using fresh ingredients and carefully served. In addition, the location is also outstanding because it is not far from important tourist attractions. You can walk to visit various places conveniently without wasting time traveling. As for the staff, they are very impressive. Everyone provides service with a smile, is polite, friendly and is willing to help guests sincerely, whether it is providing information, recommending places to eat and visit, or taking care of you during your stay, making you feel warm and at home. It is also very easy to find food because there are many restaurants and shops nearby to choose from. It is also convenient to travel, whether by private car or public transportation. This is a place to stay that truly meets the needs of convenience, atmosphere and service.

Inside the room and toilet are very clean, the atmosphere of the room is very calm, very suitable for healing.

From the room, hotel facilities, food, price, view, and location, everything is very good!

Room with sea view so best. Room is cold and soundproof. Honeymoon recommended, book this hotel and ask for sea view. Perfect.

The room are spacious and they clean it really well everyday. The location are ok, 500m to the local coffee shop and restaurant. There’s a mini market infront of the hote. Over all are good experience to staying in this hotel

It was a wonderful stay at OZO. The facility was nice. Room was spacious; Bed was really soft and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back there for another stay.

First time visiting penang and Ozo staffs are one of the best! They are full of smiles, so helpful meanwhile other staffs at different Hotels tend to be ignorant and fierce, making US kind of tired. Ozo deserves to be called a "HOTEL". Unfortunately, when we wanted to try lunch at the restaurant, they were closed due to private event. All in all, great experience and beautiful view from the room and floor 22! Must come back! And keep up the great work or even greater!

Location is great and the hotel looks new too. The hotel provided only 2 small bottles of drinking water, it would be great if there is a filtered water station for guests to refill drinking water to minimise single use plastic.
