Very bad smell coming from room and in the lobby area. Shower head was broken . Tv wasn’t working and even mattress is too old that will give you back pain for sure .

BEWARE: Photos for this property are either photo shopped or AI. This place was VERY dirty. We booked for 3 nights and cancelled within 15 minutes of arriving. We killed two spiders in our room within minutes of arriving. There were long black hairs all over the floor. The whole place gave a grimy vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms certainly need to be overhauled.

Always a great stay when here - clean rooms, well mannered / helpful staff, elevators & stairs accessible, kitchenette microwave regular sized fridge - you can either cook or bring food. Their is lots of property - you can pull out your summer chairs - relax enjoy the weather and private atmosphere. Always a pleasant stay - I'll Be Back. 😁👌😁👌😁

Room looks nice and clean. I found small hairs on the bed sheets however the sheet itself looks clean to me. Other than this everything else looks good. Plenty of parking spots and nice views from window.

Went to this con while attending an anime convention. Its what you would expect from a budget hotel. Sheets had a strange stain on them, asked for another set, they also had a stain on them. Beds were very loud, tossing and turning would wake up the whole room and water pressure in the shower was non existent. But room had a stove, microwave and even a freezer which was super useful. Having a large table to work on ws great. AC worked almost too well, we were cold by the second night. Good food options near by and staff was extremely helpful and sweet. Wish the elevator had been working but its only 3 stories tall so it was not the end lf the world. For the price it was what we needed, would recommend if you are on a budget.

Good overall stay as the staff were nice, but there was dots of what looked like blood or wine on the bed sheets, the corners of the floor and washroom counter were dirty, and the fridge was also dirty.

Value for money. Accessible location. Do not expect 5 star service or amenities if you are not paying for it.

The room hadn't been swept, the towels had stains, the bedding had a burn hole in it and the hotel smelled of cigarettes every so often. The elevator was also broken for our whole stay and the tiles in the bathroom floor were loose. It was a "you get what you pay for" type of place.

✅ Friendly and accommodating staff ⚠️ Cleanliness - The room cleanliness was disappointing. The linens did not seem properly washed, and parts of the blanket looked like they were only shaken out instead of thoroughly cleaned, with visible stains and dirts. There was also noticeable dirt buildup in the bathroom corners and in several corners of the room, which made the overall stay feel unhygienic.

Dirty bathroom and sheets. Tons of hair everywhere. Not worth the price.

The room was dirty and not well taken care of. Doors did not close properly, whole floor stank, toilet and shower are in awful condition (torn up and worn down), and there were bugs everywhere in our room. 10/10 would not recommend coming back. Was more stressful to come back to this room after a long day out.

Our room was clean with bare minimum. We were four and only had two sets of towels. Bring your charging adapters as they do not have USB ports in the lamp or wall outlets. We did not use the kitchen amenities but they looked functional. Walls is so thin that we can hear the neighbors conversation. All the rooms seemed to have a sizable gap under the door and we heard a lot of traffic noise from the corridor (avoid the first floor). This place is "ok" if you're just staying for the night.
