The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the staff was incredible!! Area around the property is not very clean but the property itself was clean.

Staff were great, breakfast was nice. It was a nice little budget hotel - I felt the Expedia rating was higher than what was merited so I was a bit disappointed.

Nice simple clean room

Hotel did not have AC, only heater. The rooms were hot. Some windows were locked. If windows opened, mosquitoes came in.

The hotel was as described. It's clean, quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood isn't great but I knew that before I booked. It is what you expect in the Paris suburbs. That being said, it didn't feel unsafe during the day. There's a bus close by that goes to the RER that goes to Paris. It's convenient and easy. I would book this hotel again. It was good for the price.

The property was neat and clean,but it's not worth it for the money.

Staying just north of Paris is so economical and I prefer staying in a multicultural neighbourhood. There are small shops and restaurants/ bakeries in the neighborhood and more restaurants near the basilica where the metro is located as well.

No food anywhere near hotel. No drinking water anywhere near hotel.

The sheets, pillows and towels smelled bad like they werent washed. The room size was good, the building was in a good location too, and very clean. It would have been a 5 star for sure if the bed and towels did not smell like sweat.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming! I loved the style from the front desk to the room! and I really love the vending machines in the lobby!!! This was my first time staying at B&B and it won’t be my last! Great price! Thanks again for everything

The rooms were dirty, bad service, cleaning every two nights, the parking lot is so scary at a basement downstairs at the hotel. I would not stay at this hotel at all.

Staff was polite and always there . Room was quite spacious and neat and clean . I would just request you to please add an electric kettles to every room , a hair dryer and bid tables as we were three in the room and there was no space to keep our belongings and things on the small table provided.
