Even before check-in, the staff contacted us and provided check-in instructions. The apartment tower is quite busy with many guests, so be sure to stay in touch with the staff via WhatsApp. The view from this unit is fantastic. From the window, you can see the Skyscrapers and the Petronas Towers. It's a 5-10 minute walk to Petronas and the Bukit Nanas LRT station. A minimarket and cafe are located at the base of the tower. Check-out is at 12 noon, and the staff can assist with luggage storage. A refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, and tableware are also available. Indonesian guests are advised to bring a universal adapter, as the power outlet is 3-pin. Suggestion: It would be even more impressive if complimentary water was provided upon check-in. I stayed at this apartment for a day and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating—I arrived an hour before the official check-in time (which was 3 PM), and they kindly let me into the room early while promptly starting the cleaning process. The room was clean and offered an amazing view, which was definitely a highlight. However, there were a few minor issues. It took more than 10 minutes for the water to get warm enough for a bath, which was a bit inconvenient. The AC wasn’t very cold, but still manageable. Also, one of the bedrooms didn’t have an AC, only a fan—so while it wasn’t hot, it didn’t feel quite as comfortable. The pillow was slightly uncomfortable for me, and the bath towel wasn’t very absorbent, which could be improved. Overall, it was a decent stay with helpful staff and a great view. With a few small upgrades, it could be even better.

Stayed at Vortex Suites KLCC by Blacknest for 6 days and had a great time! The place was clean, cozy, and super affordable for what it offers. Water pressure was strong, the rooms were comfy, and the apartment had everything we needed. It has 3 bedrooms in one spacious unit, which worked really well for our group. The view was pretty nice too! We didn't have to wait long for the elevator, and the location is super convenient—just a short walk to the Twin Towers. Overall, really happy with the stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Apartment is close to KLCC and monorail station + Go KL bus. Spacious, comfortable and clean room according to the picture. Easy check in process. But check out should not be later than 12 o'clock so as not to be fined. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The location of the apartment was excellent, with easy access to nearby amenities. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, and I would definitely choose this place again for future visits!

The view of the city center is very nice 😍, the city center is near Petronas, twin towers can be walked, clean rooms, complete facilities, friendly staff..👌

Workers not friendly no services room

The location is great. Not to far from klcc. One things and really had to appreciated was the helpful guidance. But maybe the room needs renewal. Anyways. So far is good and awesome

the experience of staying here is quite pleasant, got the 42nd floor with a nice view, most importantly can leave your bag before checking in, the agent is also good, must contact the agent before checking in and checking out because there is no receptionist, we were taken to the apartment and picked up again at the apartment before checking out.. deposit RM 200 returned after checking out, paid swimming pool, close to KLCC, just walk about 7 minutes and many sell food behind the apartment, there are Indonesian dishes too.. the agent offered to extend the stay at a discounted price 😁 next must stay here again.

good serving from crew and apartemen clean. just tips for check out if we want check out give info to crew the last night before check out. they will give back teh deposit. the apartemen comfortable and strategis with KLCC twin tower and nasi kandar pelita.
