The mattress is fucked. Make sleeping not really good. So the body is sick. The sheets and bed covers smell a bit. Many mosquitoes. The mattress really needs to be replaced.

The check-in service took too long (40 minutes) while standing outside the counter in the parking lot, hot and stuffy.

Tempat menginap yang sangat tidak di rekomendasikan karena kamar tidak siap, bed sheet kotor, handuk sudah robek, tempat tidur amblas tidak nyaman, tv penuh rintik. This is my bad experience ever had. And please improve this service. I think i dont wanna comeback again.

The room is okay, "but the facilities are not really good. One light is missing, the TV remote can't wifi, it's slow, okay, that's okay, but there's no signal at all, I want to use quota, I can't, plus the parking is really robbing.

The room does not match the features in the application even though I checked in according to the features in the application. In the room there is no trash can. Request to add 1 towel but not given even though. I checked in both.

Unsatisfied because : 1. Book for 2 guests, but only got 1 towel. 2. There really is no shampoo and soap. 3. No tissue, no mineral water. 4. The water heater doesn't work. 5. Called customer complaints, they said they wanted to send their needs at night, waited until 3 in the morning, no one conveyed their needs, they didn't come in the morning either. The only good things here just a good view and clean, thats it.

The staff is friendly, but I don't know if you order a room through Traveloka, you get one that is not fully furnished, which doesn't have a kitchen. Even though I've brought food ingredients to cook, but it's okay to get experience. Thanks.
