I simply uploaded this one image and asked: - Noise-free area (flexible, but noise is common, like music from the 10th floor in the middle of the night). - No smoking area (is this really enforced on all floors? Because there's one floor with smoking rooms, but this sign is posted, the important thing is to be flexible). - Actually, eating durian is fine; after all, the rooms have heksos, right (flexible). After all, eating durian, smoking, and making noise are not subject to fines, either for the occupants or the hotel management. If you get floors 9, 8, or 7, you're free to do whatever you want, especially the 10th floor (very free and as free as you like). Front office staff: - The staff don't care about the smoking/non-smoking room markings on Traveloka. They assign whichever is empty, including putting you in a smoking room even if you're bringing a baby or child. - Their answer is simple: "Flexible." You can smoke or not smoke in a smoking room. That's ridiculous, in my opinion, trying to "trick" customers into thinking your rooms are safe when in fact, the residents don't smoke. Since I'm a tourism professional, I have to ask: "Are there still hotels in Jakarta that allow smoking in the rooms?"

I liked the service, it was easy. The breakfast options were all delicious. However, the room wasn't very clean. There was trash under the bed, and worst of all, a pair of hotel slippers that appeared to belong to a previous guest, so it's clear the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

The room has very minimal furniture. For example, the night tables next to the bed could have been bigger. We brought a lot of baggage, but the room lacks furniture, leading us to put our baggage on the floor. Also, there is no hot water in the sink (only in the shower for taking a bath). During the night, we can also hear cars/motorcycles passing through the street down below.

It's uncomfortable and traumatic! The lights go out every night after 10:00 PM. On the second day, my family and I were trapped in the elevator. The response was poor, as was the PLN's excuse. Everything around us was on.

It was difficult to sleep at night because of the many motorbikes with their booming exhausts passing by. The room had no soundproofing, and the hotel was on the side of a main road. The noise was so loud that I finally managed to fall asleep around 2 a.m.

The hotel staff is friendly, there is a lot of access to find snacks or local food around the hotel, strategic location.

Near Lippo Puri Mall, it's quite clean and worth a try for a short stay.

It is good enough for a business hotel, but the water and snacks are very dusty. The staff are nice and very helpful.
