I booked rooms 505 and 705, which had a diagonal sea view, but directly opposite the rooms were towel carts and trash collection carts, which looked extremely unsightly. I booked a room with one large bed but received two single beds. Borrowing towels, chopsticks, and a spoon to bring to the room was also extremely difficult. The hotel had a no-smoking sign in the hallway, but other guests were still smoking there, making the smell incredibly foul and unpleasant. I will not be booking this place for my family or relatives again.

The sea-view room overlooking Vinpearl was absolutely stunning. Pulling back the curtains revealed a wide panoramic view of the blue sea and white sand – a delightful sight. The room had a spacious bed (two double beds folded together) and was very well-equipped. The bathroom was also clean, with a comfortable bathtub, which the children loved. The only minor drawback was that the TV couldn't connect to YouTube, and some channels couldn't be tuned in. Also, loud conversations in the hallway could be heard due to soundproofing and the close proximity of the rooms. However, this wasn't a major issue, as the sea view from the room was fantastic. 5 stars for the price and experience from Masova!

I've never seen a hotel in a tourist area this bad. We arrived in the rain, and the security guard didn't even bother to get an umbrella for us. Then, when we tried to borrow an umbrella to get our things from the car, they told us, "Go to the reception and ask there!" And that's where the real shock came in. It's supposed to be a 3-4 star hotel, but they didn't even have an iron. Then they showed us a price list for laundry services. When we agreed, we asked if we could get it done that evening (around 7 PM), but they said it wasn't ready in time. We didn't get it until 9-10 AM the next morning. This will probably be my first and last experience staying at this hotel.

The location is incredibly convenient; the beach is right outside the lobby. I chose a room with a partial sea view, and thankfully, it was absolutely beautiful, offering a great view of the sea without too much direct sunlight. The room was clean, the bed was spacious, but the only downside was that the towels weren't very clean.

A good experience in Nha Trang. The room was well-equipped. The bathroom was clean and dry. The reception and security staff were helpful with luggage, and the location was convenient, close to the city center. However, the bed linens and mattress should be replaced as they are slightly yellowish. The breakfast was varied, but contained a bit too many starchy dishes.

The rooms have stunning views, are spacious, and fully equipped with amenities. The hotel is centrally located and offers many dining options.

The staff forgot to clean the room and I had to call them multiple times.
