An excellent hotel with a 5-star breakfast. I had a street-facing room and could watch the night market bustle. However, the window had only a single layer of curtains; without sheer curtains, the room's interior was visible from the outside. The room was very clean and well-organized, equipped with a chair, a desk, and bright lighting. The bed was comfortable and clean. The Wi-Fi was fast and easy to access. The hotel staff was friendly and informative. The location offers easy access to night markets, bars, karaoke, and Bangkok's nightlife, though it is situated in a traffic-congested area. I highly recommend this hotel for both solo travelers and families; it earns a 10/10 rating as a 3-star hotel with 4-star facilities.

The reception staff were friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was super cool. However, the soundproofing was poor 🥹 My room was opposite Burger King, it was as noisy as sleeping in the hallway, I could clearly hear the cars and noise outside. Otherwise, everything was great.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was very close to the train stations.

My first impression upon check-in was that the staff were unfriendly and I felt condescending. However, the location is convenient, with easy access to food. The accommodation is clean, the hotel has a nice atmosphere, and the rooms are spacious. I had planned to stay here again next time, but not anymore.

The location was strategic and the room was nice, I will be back again when Songkran festival.

There where old open drinking cans, already dried in the fridge. And food things from previous guests… must have been in the fridge for a while… The room is very poorly equipped and no ambience. Could be done easily nice to be a space to feel comfortable, not in a “unfinished” arranged room, where furniture placement makes no sense. For this price range I definitely expect a way more professional managed and maintained space. Nothing to recommend

The staff are friendly and the security system is excellent. Parking is convenient. There are many shopping and dining options nearby.

Clean hotel, convenient to travel

My room is opposite Burger King and the night market, so at night when I sleep, the tuk tuks are screaming and revving their engines very loudly.

* Female lobby staff * Had to call 3 times to ask for room check-in information before picking up. The person who answered the phone was very rude. When I arrived at the hotel, they gave me the key card to take the elevator and enter the wrong floor (I walked up the fire escape 1 floor myself and couldn't open the door). I had to walk up and down to do the key card on the 1st floor again. There was no apology for the mistake. The same rude words. * Hotel * There was a smell of cigarette smoke along the way to the room. It's understandable because there were a lot of foreign men staying there. If you can specify the booking, I recommend that you not ask for a room on the street side. At night, there is a market that is quite noisy. What a waste, a beautiful hotel. The female lobby staff acted like they didn't want to serve customers.

The staff is polite and helpful. When I go out, I leave valuables in the room but nothing is lost. Every afternoon, I usually don't stay in the room, the staff will come to clean the room clean and tidy. There is always 2 bottles of water available every day. There is a refrigerator, a hair dryer that I brought with me so I don't know if they have it. Near the center and opposite the market, about 5 minutes walk to the BTS station, very convenient, no traffic jams, the room is near the supermarket and large shopping malls. When I went, the weather was extremely cool. The room didn't have the air conditioner on but it was still cool and sometimes even cold. It's worth staying here.

The staff are attentive and provide service. The bathroom amenities are complete, including a toothbrush set. The location is near restaurants and Silom. Parking is convenient.

Easy access, convenient travel, friendly staff, clean room but smells a bit musty, quite noisy, air conditioner leaks, lacks basic amenities such as hair dryer, personal is average, not good or bad.

I like the service of the staff. They are smiling and friendly in every department. The bed and pillows are clean. The location is good. I wanted to move to a quiet room and the staff arranged it for me. I am very impressed.
