Stayed 4 nights but was quite disappointing. The room key card error almost every day like resetting, so had to go back and forth to the reception (even though the room was on the 4th floor), very tiring. In the middle of the night, someone got the wrong room and banged on the door. During the day, there was also noisy noise like staff ("oh my God" repeatedly), quite disturbing. In addition, the pillows smelled unpleasant, there was a cigarette smell, not fresh, out of 4 pillows only 1 was usable. Please improve the system and guest comfort.
