We apologize that the AC feels hot, even though the setting is at 16 degrees and the AC vents are open to the maximum. We understand how uncomfortable it is to be in a pod with a temperature that is not ideal. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We will check the AC system in the occupied pod to ensure everything is functioning properly and reaching the temperature it should be.
