The accommodation location was moved on the day, the room was not clean at check-in, stayed for 4 days but asked for a make up room only done once. Not recommended.

- Initially I booked at Legreen Semanggi, but when I arrived, I was suddenly moved to Legreen Poso and there was no notice at all (please at least give notice first, sis) - The location is quite strategic because I intended to watch a concert (near Indonesia Arena) - The service is standard, when I wanted to check out I had to wait a while because the receptionist was locked - The room is quite comfortable, but the bathroom is a bit lacking, especially the shower (the water is too strong and it's a bit difficult to adjust the tap) and the sink (only a little water comes out) - The cleanliness is lacking... the floor is sticky, I don't like the feeling... and there is still a lot of dust and dirt in several places... please improve the cleanliness...

This one is a house turned into a hotel. When I arrived there, I didn't know which gate/entrance to enter the hotel. No sign. I hope they'll put sign so people will know where to enter. Overall it was good.

When I arrived, there was no one on standby, I waited for quite a while and then I was informed that I was relocated to Legreen Poso without any prior notification. Got room 303, the corner and the top, the room was quite dirty and there were lots of mosquitoes. The AC was not cold and the roller blind was broken. The water was also small. Good things: the location is good according to my needs, the TV functions as a smart TV but the internet connection is inadequate.

There was no toilet paper, no trash cans, and no toothbrushes.

Very nice and comfortable to stay.

The water coming out of the shower is too close to the wall, so it's difficult to shower.

The hotel staff was not friendly, there was no trash can in the room and when I entered the room the smell of cigarettes was really bad🫠. Apart from that, it's comfortable, realistic, the mattress can sleep three of us because it's so big and this is my first experience of sleeping in an inn alone, I didn't feel worried and even managed to sleep soundly even though I got the room at the front. It's a shame that the room is not soundproof, so you can really hear it from outside, the plus point is that the room also has a refrigerator. Didn't really expect it at that price but there are refrigerator facilities. It could be a recommendation if you need to go to Jakarta again.

The receptionist keeps disappearing and is hard to contact.

There were no people at the front desk, only the staff's telephone number was written down, when they called to check in/check out they were rejected several times until finally they picked up, even though they needed it urgently, not recommended for those who need time quickly. The location is also difficult to reach by taxi at night/morning/weekend because many of the access roads are closed.

The room is ok although not too big. Clean, comfortable, the wifi is ok too. Unfortunately the room smells a bit like cigarettes. The man who takes care of him is also good, very friendly.

I ordered dimanggi but it was moved to Poso and the place is very dirty.
