The hotel room was clean, there was drinking water, a clean bathroom, and plenty of hot water.

I stayed for 4 days because I accompanied my husband on business in Bitung city. The hotel atmosphere was comfortable, the staff were friendly. There was a problem with the TV remote not working and it was quickly replaced with a new one.

The check-in process is slow, and the check-out process is also slow, even though it's not a resort with an in-house bill or balance that guests must pay. the hotel is good.. strategic location.. but maybe the hotel staff should be better in serving hotel guests.. I stayed with only my mother and my little nephew, so I was the only one who could carry things like suitcases and other bags. if there is no staff who can carry things, please at least open the hotel door (the hotel door is not an automatic door so it has to be opened and closed manually).. well because the door was not opened, I was the one who had to lift the things plus open the hotel door too, going back and forth like that.. from here I already felt uncomfortable, but never mind maybe the staff were not trained for that.. about the facilities, only toothbrush and 3 in 1 soap (shampoo + conditioner + soap) were provided, but it's okay, I often bring it from home so it's not a problem for me.. breakfast is simple but quite tasty.
