The service was satisfactory, check-in was easy, room upgrades were easy, and extensions were well-supported. There's a minimarket next to the hotel, and a supermarket on the other side, so it's convenient for everything you need. I'm satisfied.

Sorry, sis, for standard rooms only, the reception service is also friendly, hot water is not enough, you have to choose the breakfast menu first, there is no buffet breakfast, facial tissues are not available in the room, hopefully it will be better.

Highly recommended for families, with that price you can get a cool family room and the breakfast is all delicious, if I go to Bali with my family again I will stay here again 🤩 the staff are very friendly and great

I think the rule requiring swimwear to enter the pool needs to be reviewed, as not all visitors bring swimsuits.

The sheets had stains, like blood stains. The floor was dirty. There were no tissues👎🏼👎🏼. The towels were shabby👎🏼👎🏼

The service is not very friendly, breakfast is not ready and you have to order it first.. it would be better if it was delivered to the room, so you don't have to wait long.. The poolside cleaners should use a long brush or a wooden mop or even better if the hotel provides a cleaning machine, because I saw the cleaners using a brush and wiping it with a hand towel.. This is a hotel, not a house... And the view made me uncomfortable.. there was even a cleaner who was busy wiping the tables and chairs at the pool while we were eating, even though there was no cleaner at all and there was nothing left to eat, I apologize whatever it was, it made me and my family uncomfortable and impolite as if they were chasing us away.. 🙏🙏 the rest of the room was neat and clean and the hotel was good, it's just a shame about the service 🙏🙏

Exten continued to stay here for almost two months because I was waiting for the house to be built... the staff is friendly, the room is cleaned every day... there are lots of places to sit and relax outside the room... the facilities are complete, there is a hair dryer, refrigerator, and water heater... and what I like the most is that next to the hotel there is a complete supermarket... 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The shower water is not strong, I did not get warm/hot water for the shower during my stay. Only got 2 pillows with thin conditions. The room condition is quite clean, but like an old hotel there is no rejuvenation. LCD TV with local channels (not digital), with broadcast images that are not so good. Wifi network is not so smooth in the room. Breakfast service is quite good, by choosing a limited menu provided.

Okay, it's neat, good, the staff is friendly and basically it's okay to stay here and it's really okay because I had the first flight and checked out at 3.30 am and was helped by the staff. It's okay anyway

It's a shame that there are blood stains on the mattress and it looks like the blanket hasn't been washed. The towels also look very old, quite shabby. It would be nice if they were kept clean better.
