The hotel staff are friendly and good in service, the only minus is please improve the bed sheets and pillow cases, because it was very smelly when I stayed, the food was all delicious.

I had a special request for 1 single bed via the app but the staff said it was not possible because it used a voucher, I think other hotels can. When entering the room the door card did not work, I had to exchange it again to the ground floor.
