1. I checked in at 2:31 PM (the system said 2:30 PM). The room wasn't ready yet. I was directed to another room that looked unused for a long time. There were black watermarks on the walls, a musty smell, and lots of baby cockroaches running around.
2. I was moved to the room I was in, but there were still lots of baby cockroaches coming in and out of the corners and under the sofa.
3. There were no toiletries. After confirming with the agent, they told me they were out of stock and that towels were being dyed and would be delivered once they were finished. They weren't there until check out the next day.
4. My child couldn't sleep in the single bed because the bed was already slanted and sagging, and the bottom bunk was even sagging. In the end, we slept together in the main room, with a queen bed.
5. I couldn't sleep because it was cramped. I only fell asleep after dawn and woke up at 6:48 AM because I was so hot. When I left the room, the power was out and my token was 0 (and I didn't top it up until I got home). At 6:48 a.m., I immediately chatted with customer service via WhatsApp and sent a photo of the meter box.
At 7:16 a.m., I was informed that it would be processed and a token number sent.
At 8:15 a.m., I tried to confirm again and was informed that the technical team was assisting me, as the token was purchased through a dedicated building management app.
At 8:44 a.m., I tried to confirm again, but they said the team was checking because the meter ID number had been deleted, even though I had sent a photo of the meter ID box at 6:48 a.m.
At 9:58 a.m., I confirmed again and said I was in the building management queue.
After that, someone came to my room and offered to offer me a check-out until 1 p.m. — what's the point if it's hot inside?
I asked what was the reason, and they told me there was an app error, even though they had previously confirmed that they were in the queue.
I asked how much the token should be. They said it was 100,000 Rupiah per guest. Why was it turned on at 4 p.m.? The token was already turned on by the next morning, and it was already 0. They then replied that there had been a guest who had checked in earlier, even though they had previously told me it was 100,000 Rupiah per guest.
By the time we checked out, the token hadn't been credited.
What a disappointment.
