The water heater was not working, the TV cable not available, internet not available, AC in the main bedroom not cool enough, no cutlery (spoon, fork), cooking gas not set up. Ceiling moldy from leaking AC inside ceiling. No toilet paper. The room was so stink from previous tenant who were smoking inside the apartment! Very strong smell! We have made Complaint on the day we check-in. No response until the next day later in the afternoon, and then they relocated us to another apartment at 9pm that night (2nd day), the apartment still in the same complex, but still we have move our goods and suitcases with taxi because not possible to walk. And we have 2 young children with us. Was a nightmare! The substitute unit was better. But then the next day they told us that we have to return to old unit, they said they have other guests will check in at the current unit and the old unit was ready to use again, they said they have fixed all the issues. We were relocate AGAIN to old unit by Mid day (day 3). So We still have 1 night left (total of 3 nights. But we only stay 2 nights). But we decide to find other accommodation that day. Bad experience with Travelio! Never again book through them. Bad service ever! Not recommend.
