You were told to download the app to fully use the room, but the wifi hasn't been changed yet. There is a deposit payment that must be paid, but it wasn't listed in the page. The AC is nowhere near cold, and there's periodical noise from the refrigerator (alarm like) and the AC (sounds like a phone buzzing which makes you thought you were getting call)
