Overall, I always enjoy staying here because it has a smart TV. However, the room is quite small. And now the breakfast is a huge upgrade, a huge change from before. Good job.

As soon as I entered the room, it wasn't a small room, the rickety chair was full of cigarette butts, next time I should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room and toilet, and immediately fix any loose bolts, even the hot water wasn't coming out.

The staff is friendly, but they lack initiative when it comes to helping with luggage and cleaning up after breakfast. It's quite worth it for the affordable price and great location in the city center. Perfect for just sleeping and resting.

At the end of February, the breakfast was still okay, with lots of variety. I stayed again in early March, and the breakfast was just soto rice, and I wasn't told about the breakfast package.

The location is excellent, but the rooms are filthy. The sheets are stained. The bathroom leaks, and some of the towels are torn. The concept is excellent and contemporary.

The hotel staff was friendly, but unfortunately, our room wasn't very clean. There was a lot of cigarette ash and the smell of cigarette smoke, perhaps it was our fault we didn't book a non-smoking room. The food was varied and delicious. The location is very strategic, close to Royal Baroe and Serang Station. Hopefully, we'll have the opportunity to stay here again and have a better room.

A nice hotel with an industrial design and a cafe inside. However, all the rooms are smoking rooms, so the smell of cigarettes is very strong. Cleanliness also needs attention: stains on the walls, a yellowed bathroom floor, and musty-smelling pillows. The cigarette smell and cleanliness were so bothersome that I checked out after only a few minutes in the room. It's a shame that such a nice hotel is poorly managed. There's still plenty of room for improvement. Good luck. Thank you.
