Strategic location in the city center. Rooms with central air conditioning—I love it when hotels use central air conditioning like this. All the staff were friendly, from security, reception, HK, restaurant, and other staff. The hotel staff also explained in detail the benefits of my stay. Bottled water is available in the room, but there's also a water dispenser in front of the room for those who want to refill.

The hotel is really good, starting from each room that has a balcony, the rooms are clean, there is also a swimming pool that is quiet at night, so it is really nice to swim alone. Breakfast is also varied and on average tasty in terms of taste. Just a suggestion, if you want to choose a twin bed room, on average, the balcony faces the residential area so the view is not great. Also, breakfast could be refilled more quickly if it runs out because the wait is quite long. That's all, overall okay.

The room was clean. Overall, it was quite good. However, the soundproofing was poor. Elevator service is also limited, with only one. The hotel's location is strategically located near Mangkunegaran.
