The towels smelled of urine, there were cockroaches, the electricity went out when I turned on the water heater.

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean. The only downside was that the toilet leaked, making the bathroom smell bad. The atmosphere was calming, pleasant, and comfortable.

Despite frequent criticism, the room and bathroom remained unsanitary, leaving guests to fix it themselves. The shower also had very little water. It's a shame that the location is strategic, but the housekeeping staff are so careless about cleanliness.

The price is quite affordable, but during peak season, management should be more proactive in assigning staff to service. Guests shouldn't be left unattended after checking in in the lobby, without any direction. The in-room amenities need to be improved, and the musty odor should also be addressed. The air conditioning doesn't work at all.
